This is the second half of the hands-on AI Agent Manager lab. It picks up where part one left off and keeps the focus on operating AI agents that already work, rather than writing new ones.
The lab uses WSO2 Agent Manager, an open control plane for deploying, observing, evaluating, and governing AI agents regardless of the framework they're built with. Across both parts, one working agent goes through the controls an enterprise expects before it reaches real users and real data:
- Deploying an agent and moving it between environments from a single place
- Enforcing guardrails and policy centrally
- Reading the full record of an interaction, including tool calls and what policy did to the response
- Evaluating quality and safety continuously against live traffic
- Making a proven agent reusable across teams
- Issuing every agent its own identity and limiting what it can reach
