The talk walks through an agentic QA workflow that transforms a single JIRA epic into a governed pipeline spanning design, execution, analysis, and validation. It highlights real-time review mechanisms, scoped retries, and clear diagnostics that reduce rework and reclaim 1.5–2.5 days per epic. The session also covers system architecture, human-in-the-loop design, and an adoption playbook for incrementally introducing agentic QA without disrupting existing development processes.
