From handling pushback and tight timelines to navigating burnout and self-doubt, testers face pressures that often go unseen.
This session explores emotional resilience through the lens of testing. Using the 5W1H framework, it looks at what resilience really means, why it matters more than ever in the age of AI, and how testers can strengthen it. By examining real-life “test cases” that challenge mental and emotional well-being, the talk offers practical ways to debug setbacks and build lasting strength. Because sometimes, the most important system to test and improve is ourselves.
