With this acquisition, insightsoftware expands its consolidation and budgeting and planning offerings in Finland. The deal also demonstrates insightsoftware’s commitment to scale globally and expand its footprint across Europe.

Budgeting and planning in today’s business environment is constantly changing, making it critical that an organization has flexible and reliable budgeting tools. At the same time demand for transparency in Financial Consolidation increases. Clausion’s platform for planning and financial consolidation is designed to work as the center for all financial data. As a cloud-based solution, it offers near real-time, on-demand access to an organization’s operational and financial data and converts that data into one unified form. Users can focus on analyzing the data rather than collecting it, ultimately saving time and money, and lowering overall risks. Clausion integrates with insightsoftware’s market-leading financial reporting functionality to give large to medium-sized companies and public sector customers the ability to report on every area of their business.
