2degrees is a full-service telco, infrastructure owner, and energy retailer connecting people and businesses all around New Zealand. The combined business has approximately 1,600 employees who serve 2 million-plus customers.

In 2022, the company experienced a significant merger, which resulted in the challenge of having three billing platforms, two finance ERPs, two data warehouses, and two completely separate data teams. Snowflake not only made it easy to unify that data but improved the ease and speed of accessing it, enabling the business to optimize its marketing efforts so that it could deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
