Insights to Outcomes with Qlik Automate
Insights to actions to outcomes
Qlik Sense’s interactive user experience allows us to dynamically interact with apps to find hidden patterns and obtain meaningful insights. Qlik Automate turns those insights into actions, directly from within Qlik. In Qlik Automate you can build simple workflows to directly integrate with your 3rd party business applications or databases. This leads to meaningful and measurable outcomes.
If your analysis indicated low ARR in a specific area, you may want to contact that sales manager in a region to make them aware.
If your Qlik Predict analysis indicates some customers at high risk of churning, you could take proactive action in the form of outreach, discounts, retention measures,…
If you see inventory shortages in your restaurant chain or mismatches between restaurants, you can immediately restock certain products or change the allocation between restaurants
Triggers:
We’re bringing Qlik Automate to where the analysis is happening and insights are discovered. That can be through a button in an app, for which Mike has a few examples coming up. Very recently we’ve also released automations as tools for the Qlik Answers Assistant. This means you can interact with Qlik Answers, gather insights and take action on those directly And if you go to the innovation booth and track down Henrik Svenell, he can show you a sneak-preview of running automations from MCP.
As the name suggests, automations can also be running on schedules and evaluating certain conditions regularly, or be event-driven based on events happening inside your Qlik tenant (e.g. app reloads with new data, let’s check for anomalies or whenever discovery agent creates a new insight).
